Hospice care is for people who can no longer benefit from regular medical treatment and are likely in their final months of life. Goal of hospice care is to provide comfort, palliative care for terminally ill individuals while allowing them as well as their families to focus on their personal and spiritual needs as they prepare for the end of life.

Home Care

Home Care is covered 100% by your insurance. You will never have to pay an out-of-pocket cost for our homecare services.

Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, medical social worker and diabetes/nutrition.

The main difference between occupational therapy and physical therapy is that OT focuses on improving a client’s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and PT focuses on improving a client’s ability to perform movement of the human body. An occupational therapist treats the whole person. Whether they’re recovering from injuries or have developmental or cognitive disabilities affecting their motor skills, emotions or behavior, OTs are helping people to fully engage in daily life.
